Trailer Landing Gears

PARS trailer mechanical landing gears are designed according to R&D works and feedback which were obtained from our customers. It ensures perfect usage easiness and confidence to users in all ground and weather conditions. None of our products have gear box at exterior. Gearbox mechanism which provides all movement is concealed within main frame. This case ensures more protection for our product against water or other chemical products which may be externally subjected and maintains a flexible appearance.
 
Industrial robots are used in many processes which are needed in PARS product manufacturing such as transporting, drilling and welding. Therefore failures in manufacturing which may be caused from human can be prevented and serial production can be realized.

All parts which are used in PARS trailer landing gears are painted by electrostatic powder paint method. Electrostatic powder paint is one of the most proper painting methods where there are severe performance conditions and high film thicknesses are required. Perfect paint layers are formed in product surfaces by means of electrostatic powder paint therefore longevity, cleaning easiness and additionally aesthetical appearance is obtained.
 
Strength and lifetime of PARS products are tested with simulation devices. Simulation devices determine whether gears which are located under parking stand operates according to standard operation principles under different cases and loads and determines internal mechanism strength and lifetime. Therefore in addition to exact controlling of our products, we obtain concrete information for Product Development works which will be implemented for producing better qualified products.
